רקע:

getStatus הינו שירות תוכנה מבוסס ענן המאפשר לנהל ולתקשר סטטוסים של תהליכים.

חברת Real Integer Software Ltd הינה הבעלים של getStatus ומאפשרת ללקוחותיה –לרב, עסקים המספקים שירותים ופרויקטים (ללקוחות פרטיים או עסקיים) להשתמש בשירות בין היתר כדי שהם יוכלו לנהל ולתקשר עם לקוחותיהם את סטטוס השירות/ הפרויקט.

עסקים אלו יכולים באמצעות getStatus לשתף את לקוחותיהם בסטטוס התהליך – היכן זה עומד, מה בהמשך, מסמכים, עדכונים ועוד

לשם כך, העסקים מזינים את פרטי לקוחותיהם אל המערכת (למשל, אימייל, טלפון נייד, שם וכו׳) כדי שהם ייבחרו סיסמא אל סטטוס הפרויקט/ שירות מחד, ומנגד לשלוח דרך המערכת עדכונים יזומים באמצעות אימייל, מסרונים, הודעות אפליקציה וכו׳.

להלן תנאי השימוש ומדיניות הפרטיות:

Real Integer Software Ltd. – תנאי שימוש

חברת Real Integer Software Ltd. ("Real Integer" או "אותנו", "לנו", "שלנו" "אנו") מספקת את getStatus, שהוא פתרון/ מערכת לניהול מידע ותקשורת, הקשורים לפרויקטים (להלן ״הפתרון/שירות/ המערכת״).  תנאי שירות אלו (להלן ״תנאים אלו״) מסדירים את אספקת שירותינו לכם, או הגישה לפתרון והשימוש בו. "לקוח/ות" משמעו ארגונים שרכשו מנוי לשימוש בפתרון. "משתמשים" משמעו מי שקיבלו הרשאה לפתרון או קיבלו גישה אליו באופן אחר, על ידי לקוח או למענו. "אתם" או "שלכם" משמעו לקוחות ומשתמשים יחד (כל שימוש במין רבים משמעו גם מין יחיד, זכר ונקבה).

אנא קראו תנאים אלו בעיון. תנאים אלו מסדירים את השימוש בפתרון. עליכם להסכים להם לפני השימוש בפתרון. עצם השימוש בפתרון משמעו  שהבעתם הסכמתכם לתנאים אלו וכן למדיניות הפרטיות של Real Integer, שנמצאת בכתובת: http://getstatus.online/legal/. מפעם לפעם יבוצעו שינויים בתנאים אלו. אנו ננקוט באמצעים מסחריים סבירים כדי להודיעכם על כל שינוי מהותי בתנאים אלו, 30 ימים לפני שינוי זה. המשך שימושכם בפתרון יחשב כהסכמה לתנאים המתוקנים או המעודכנים. לאור זאת, עליכם לבדוק לעתים קרובות, כדי לברר האם עדכנו תנאים אלו. אם אינכם מסכימים לתנאי כלשהו מתנאים אלו, אנא אל תשתמשו בפתרון. מדיניות הפרטיות של Real Integer, כפי שהיא עשויה להשתנות מפעם לפעם ("מדיניות הפרטיות של Real Integer") מתארת כיצד נוהגת  Real Integer ביחס לנתונים אישיים.

1. בכפוף לתנאי מסמך זה, ניתן להשתמש בפתרון אך ורק לצרכים עסקיים פנימיים. Real Integer שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות את הפתרון בכל עת, על פי שיקול דעתה הבלעדי. הפתרון הוא מערכת מבוססת ענן ואינכם זכאים לקבל כל קוד מקור או קבצי הרצה הנוגעים לפתרון.  לקוחות המשתמשים בגרסת  (ממשק תכנות יישומים) API של הפתרון, נדרשים לפרסם את הגרפיקה "powered by getStatus" או קישור לטקסט בצמוד לטופס הבקשה על הדף הרלבנטי באתר הלקוח או באזור אחר באתר זה, כפי שיוחלט בינינו, באופן משותף.

2. נתוני לקוח. הפתרון מאפשר ללקוח ולמשתמשים להכניס מידע לפתרון ולהעביר מידע לאחרים באמצעות הפתרון. כל המידע הזה מכונה "נתוני לקוח". כמו בין Real Integer ובין הלקוח, נתוני לקוח הם רכוש בלעדי של הלקוח. נתוני לקוח עשויים לכלול מידע אישי המתייחס לבני-אדם ("נתונים אישיים") וכן מידע אחר. Real Integer תשתמש בנתונים אישיים רק כפי שמתואר במדינות הפרטיות של Real Integer. הלקוח לבדו אחראי להבטיח כי איסוף נתוני משתמש, העברתם, אחסונם, עיבודם, השימוש בהם והשמדתם (יחד, "שימוש"), כולל מידע אישי הכלול בהם, בקשר לפתרון, עומדים בכל החוקים והתקנות החלים, כולל חוקי פרטיות. ללא הגבלה, הלקוח (א) הוא האחראי היחיד לקבלת כל ההסכמות בנושא הנתונים ונקיטת צעדים אחרים להבטיח כי השימוש בנתוני לקוח הינו בקשר לפתרון, לרבות אך ללא הגבלה, השימוש שעושה Real Integer כאמור במדיניות הפרטיות של Real Integer  ובקשר לאספקת שירותים במסמך זה, עומד בכל החוקים החלים, ו-(ב) לא יעקוף כל מאפיין פרטיות (לדוגמא, opt-out – הצטרפות ללא הסכמה), המהווה חלק מהפתרון.

3. כדי להשתמש בפתרון, עליכם להירשם ב-Real Integer. כדי להירשם , עליכם לספק מידע מסוים ולבחור סיסמה. במשך תהליך ההרשמה, אסור למסור מידע כוזב ויש להקפיד לעדכן את המידע. אסור לגלות את הסיסמה לאחרים. עליכם לדווח מיד ל-Real Integer על כל שימוש בלתי-מורשה בחשבונכם או בסיסמתכם. אתם אחראים באופן מלא ובלעדי לכל הפעילות בחשבונכם, גם אם לא אתם ביצעתם פעילויות אלו. ל- Real Integer לא תהא חבות בגין הפסדים או נזק כתוצאה משימוש בלתי-מורשה בחשבונכם או בסיסמתכם ואתם מסכימים לפצותה ולא לראות בה אחראית בגין שימוש בלתי-נאות או בלתי-חוקי בחשבונכם, אלא אם כן הודעתם לה כי חשבונכם נמצא בסיכון ובקשתם מאתנו לחסום גישה אליו.

4. להוציא האמור במפורש במסמך זה, אסור לכם לבצע את הדברים הבאים ולא תתירו לכל צד שלישי, (א) להשתמש בפתרון כדי לספק שירותים לכל צד שלישי, שלא בקשר לפעילויות העסקיות הרגילות של הלקוח, (ב) להפוך את הקוד הסמוי של הפתרון, להנדס אותו או לנסות לגלותו, (ג) לשנות את הפתרון בכל דרך שהיא, (ד) לעקוף כל מאפיין בטיחות או בקרת גישה של הפתרון, (ה) להעביר את זכויותיכם לפתרון ברישיון משנה או לתת לכל צד שלישי (מלבד המשתמשים) גישה לפתרון, (ו) להשכיר, להחכיר, לשנות, להעתיק, להלוות, להעביר, להפיץ או ליצור עבודות נגזרות של הפתרון או (ז) להשתמש בפתרון באופן המפר את החוק החל, או (ז) להשתמש בפתרון למטרות אחרות מאלו המותרות בו במפורש. אם הגבלה כלשהי מאלו מהאמורות בסעיף זה אינה ברת-אכיפה בכפוף לחוק החל, עליכם לדווח ל-Real Integer בכתב בכל מקרה, לפני עיסוק בפעילות הנדונה. יש להשתמש בפתרון רק בהתאם לחוק החל (כולל כל חוק בנוגע לאיסוף נתונים אישיים, השימוש בהם ואחסונם) ועליכם האחריות והחבות לכל שימוש בפתרון המפר את החוק החל, להוציא אם החבות מתייחסת להפרה מצד Real Integer של החובות החוזיות כלפיכם.

5. קניין רוחני. כל זכות, חזקה ואינטרס בפתרון או המתייחסים אליו וכן כל זכות וכו' בתיעוד הקשור אליו וכל השיפורים, הנגזרות, תיקוני הבאגים או השיפורים לפתרון יישארו בכל עת אצל Real Integer או נותני רישיון מטעמה. Real Integer אינה מעניקה כל זכות בפתרון או ביחס אליו, להוציא האמור במפורש במסמך זה. Real Integer אינה מבקשת מכם משוב בנוגע לפתרון. למרות האמור לעיל, אם תספקו ל- Real Integer משוב בנוגע לפתרון, Real Integer לא תהא כפופה לכל התחייבות אי-גילוי או אי-שימוש במשוב זה ותהא רשאית להשתמש במשוב זה בכל אופן בו תראה לנכון, כולל למטרות מסחריות וכחלק ממוצריה ושירותיה. כמו בין Real Integer ובין הלקוח, נתוני לקוח הם בבעלות בלעדית של הלקוח.

6. שימוש נאות. להוציא הפרות זכויות קניין רוחני של צד שלישי, כולל זכויות פטנטים או זכויות יוצרים, להם אחראית Real Integer לפי סעיף 7, הלקוח לבדו אחראי להבטיח כי השימוש  בפתרון, על ידו או על ידי משתמשיו, יעשה בכפוף לכל חוק חל ואינו מפר  כל זכות צד שלישי. אסור למשתמשים להשתמש בפתרון כדי לאסוף מידע על כל אדם אחר, להשתמש בו או לאחסנו, אלא אם כן אדם זה הסכים לשימוש כזה או שיש למשתמשים, באופן אחר, זכות חוקית להשתמש במידע זה. על המשתמשים לכבד בקשה של כל אדם שלא לפנות אליו באמצעות הפתרון ועליהם לציית לכל חוק ספאם בתוקף. Real Integer תהיה אחראית לשמירת בטחון נתוני הלקוח/ות המאוחסנים בשרתיה ותהיה אחראית להפרת בטחון נתוניהם, הכול בכפוף לאמור בגרסת מדיניות הפרטיות המעודכנת של Real Integer, באותה עת.

7. הצהרות וערבויות. אתם מצהירים וערבים לכך שתשתמשו בפתרון רק בהתאם לחוק החל ולא תשתמשו בפתרון להעביר או לצפות ב (א) כל מידע או חומר שיש בו הוצאת דיבה, השמצה, גנאי, גזענות, הטרדה או שבאופן אחר הוא פוגעני או בלתי חוקי, או (ב) כל מידע או חומר המפר זכות קניין, זכות מוסרית, פרסום או זכות פרטיות של כל צד שלישי. בנוסף אתם מצהירים וערבים לכך שאתם בעלי הסמכות המלאה להתקשר בתנאים אלו וכי השימוש בפתרון לא יפר כל התחייבות חוזית או אחרת. Real Integer מצהירה וערבה לכך כי, למיטב ידיעתה, בנוגע לאלמנטים של קוד הפתרון (אך לא נתוני לקוח או נתונים אישיים), אלמנטים אלו של קוד הפתרון לא יפרו כל זכות פטנט, זכות יוצרים או זכות קניין רוחני אחרת של כל צד שלישי.

8. תשלום; תנאי תשלום. בתמורה לשימוש בפתרון, הלקוחות יבצעו תשלומים בסכומים התואמים ללוח זמני התשלום של Real Integer, התקף באותה עת. Real Integer תחייב את הלקוחות בנוגע לסכומים לתשלום בהתקשרות זו, בתחילת כל חודש קלנדרי והלקוחות ישלמו את כל הסכומים הללו בתוך 30 ימים מקבלת החשבון הנדון ("שיטת התשלום"). הסכומים המגיעים כאן אינם כוללים מעמ ומיסים חלים. הלקוחות יבצעו תשלומים  אלו כשהם נקיים וללא כל הפחתה או ניכוי, להוציא כנדרש על פי החוק. אם הלקוחות נדרשים על פי החוק לבצע כל ניכוי או הפחתה, הם יבצעו תשלומים של סכומים נוספים אלו כפי שנחוץ, כך ש-Real Integer תקבל את הסכומים המגיעים להלן ללא הפחתה או ניכוי אלו. תשלומים באיחור יישאו ריבית בשיעור 18% לשנה או, אם הריבית נמוכה יותר, בשיעורים המרביים המותרים בחוק החל. למרות כל האמור בניגוד במסמך זה, Real Integer שומרת את הזכות לסיים את השימוש של הלקוח בפתרון, אם לא תקבל תשלום מהלקוח בתוך תקופת התשלום.

9. Real Integer מבינה את הצורך שלכם בפרטיות. Real Integer לא תגלה מידע על לקוח או מידע בנוגע ללקוחות או למשתמשים ואינה משתמשת במידע זה, אלא להוציא האמור במפורש בתנאים אלו או במדיניות הפרטיות של Real Integer, שגרסה מעודכנת שלה זמינה בכתובת: http://getstatus.online/legal/. להוציא האמור במפורש במדיניות הפרטיות, כל המידע הנוגע ללקוח, כולל עסקיו והטכנולוגיה שלו, או בנוגע ללקוחותיו, מידע בנוגע למשתמשים שקיבלה Real Integer, במהלך אספקת הפתרון, יהיה מידע סודי של לקוח או משתמש זה. הפתרון וכל מידע הנוגע אליו (כולל, אך ללא הגבלה, כל מידע בנוגע לביצועים או לשיטת הפעולה וכל תוצאות מבחני הביצועים שנערכו בנוגע לפתרון) הוא מידע בעלים ומידע סודי של Real Integer. כל צד ("הצד המקבל") המקבל מידע סודי  או שיש לו גישה למידע סודי של משנהו  ("הצד המגלה"), לא יגלה את המידע הסודי של הצד המגלה לכל צד שלישי (להוציא עובדי הצד המקבל, קבלנים עצמאיים וספקי שירותים בכפוף להסכמים בכתב) ולא יעשה כל שימוש במידע זה להוציא למטרות זכויות וחובות כל צד בהתאם לתנאים אלו. הוראות אי-הגילוי כאן אינן חלות על כל מידע אשר (א) ידוע באופן כללי לציבור,  (ב) התגלה לצד המקבל על ידי צד שלישי שאינו כפוף לכל חובת סודיות כלפי הצד המגלה, או (ג) יש לגלותו מכוח חוק, תקנה או כלל בתנאי שהצד המקבל ימסור הודעה בכתב ובמועד לצד המגלה לגבי חובה זו וישתף פעולה באופן סביר עם הצד המגלה, על חשבון הצד המגלה, כפי שנדרש לצורך טיפול סודי במידע זה.

10. וויתור על אחריות. להוציא האמור במפורש במסמך זה, Real Integer מוותרת במפורש על כל אחריויות מכללא (משתמעת) ועל פי החוק בנוגע לפתרון, כולל אך ללא הגבלה, כל אחריות מכללא של סחירות, התאמה למטרה מסוימת או לא.
Real Integer אינה אחראית לכל תוצאה שתושג כתוצאה מהשימוש בפתרון. Real Integer אינה ערבה לכך שהפתרון יפעל בכל עת או במהלך כל השבתה (1) כתוצאה מהפסקת פעילות כל בסיס אינטרנט, רשתות או שרתים ציבוריים, (2) כתוצאה מכל כשל של ציודכם, המערכות שברשותכם או כל שירות גישה מקומי, או (3) לגבי תחזוקה שנקבעה בעבר. למרות כל דבר המנוגד לאמור כאן, הלקוח מסכים כי הלקוח לבדו אחראי למידע שהוא מכניס למערכת ולהבטיח של-Real Integer תהא הזכות החוקית להשתמש במידע אישי בהתאם לתנאים אלו. ל-Real Integer לא תהא כל חבות הנובעת, או הקשורה לכך שהלקוח לא עמד בהתחייבות זו. מובהר ללקוח ולמשתמש כי איכות השירות/פתרון תלויה בגורמים נוספים שאינם בשליטת Real Integer, ובין היתר אינטרנט, תקלות בחוות השרתים, תקלות בציוד הממוחשב, תקחלות בקוד התוכנה ועוד. גט סטטוס ו/או מנהליה לא יהיו אחראים לכל הפסד ו/או הוצאה ו/או נזק שיגרמו למשתמש ו/או למנוי תהא עילתם אשר תהא. אחריותה של Real Integer על פי הסכם זה מוגבלת לנזקים ישירים בלבד, שיגרמו למשתמש וללקוח בלבד, כתוצאה מהפרת הסכם זה על ידי Real Integer ובכל מקרה סכום הפיצוי בגין הנזקים שבאחריות Real Integer, יהיה מוגבל לסך התשלום השנתי או החודשי ששילם הלקוח ל- Real Integer עבור השירותים שקיבל בהסכם.

11. אתם תגנו על Real Integer (ועל חברות הבת שלה, עובדיה הבכירים, דירקטורים שלה ועובדיה) מ, וכנגד כל נזק, עלות, הפסד, חבות או הוצאה (כולל הוצאות בית משפט ושכ"ט עורכי דין), מהם Real Integer עלולה לסבול או שייגרמו לה בקשר לכל תביעה, דרישה, תובענה או הליך אחר על ידי כל צד שלישי כתוצאה מ, או בקשר ל-(א) כל הפרה של כל התחייבות, הצהרה או ערבות שלכם במסמך זה, או (ב) שימושכם בפתרון, להוציא  אם האמור לעיל נגרם כתוצאה מרשלנות חמורה או התנהגות בלתי-נאותה במזיד של Real Integer או אי-עמידה של Real Integer  בהתחייבויותיה על פי תנאים אלו או מדיניות הפרטיות. Real Integer עשויה להיות מיוצגת בכל תביעה משפטית כזו על ידי עורך דין מטעמה, על פי בחירתה ועל חשבונה.

12. הגבלת חבות. בכל מקרה, למי מהצדדים, לדירקטורים שלו, לעובדיו הבכירים, עובדיו, שלוחיו או בעלי המניות שלו, לא תהא חבות כלפי הצד השני או כל צד ג' בגין (א) כל נזק, אגבי, תוצאתי, עקיף, מיוחד או נזק עונשין, הנובע מהפתרון או הקשור אליו או הנובע מ, וקשור לכל עניין אחר הנדון במסמך זה או (ב) כל סכום העולה על התשלומים המצטברים שהתקבלו בפועל מהלקוח ב-12 החודשים שקדמו לתביעה הנדונה. עליכם מוטלת כל האחריות לכל החלטה שהתקבלה כתוצאה מכל שימוש בפתרון.

13. תקופת תנאים אלו תתחיל ביום שבו תסכימו לתנאים אלו (או, אם קודם לכן, ביום בו תשתמשו לראשונה בפתרון) ותימשך, אלא אם כן מי מהצדדים יסיימה בהודעה בכתב, 30 ימים מראש לסיום המנוי (חודשי או שנתי בהתאמה). Real Integer רשאית לסיים תנאים אלו בהודעה בכתב אליכם, אם הפרתם בהפרה חמורה אחת מהוראות תנאים אלו או, אם יש לה סיבה לחשוב שאתם משתמשים בפתרון, באופן בלתי חוקי. לאחר כל סיום של תנאים אלו או פקיעתם, Real Integer תפסיק לספק לכם גישה לפתרון. במקרה של כל סיום (א) הלקוחות לא יהיו זכאים לכל החזר של כל סכום ששולם על פי תנאים אלו להוציא כמוחלט בכתב על ידי הצדדים ו-(ב) במקרה המתאים, כל יתרה לתשלום לסכומים שהיו מגיעים עד ליום הסיום תיפרע מיד במלואה, הכול כקבוע בכתב בין הצדדים. שבעה ימים לאחר סיום תנאים אלו, Real Integer תספק ללקוח (i) גישה לרשימת לקוחות ומשתמשים ופרטי הקשר שלהם, אותה ניתן להעתיק ו-(ii) מידע בקשר לסטטוס של כל לקוח בכל פרויקט נתון, כולל המסמכים, התכתובות ואפשרות להוריד מסמכים ותכתובות אלו, או להעתיקם. Real Integer רשאית למחוק מהפתרון נתוני לקוח או נתוני משתמש שהוטענו על ידי הלקוח או סופקו על ידו, 30 ימים אחרי הסיום. אולם, הלקוח יהיה רשאי להמשיך ולהשתמש במידע שסופק לו ו/או כל מידע אחר שהוריד באמצעות הפתרון, בהתאם לתנאים, לאחר יום הסיום, ללא חיוב נוסף. פסקאות 2-14 של תנאים אלו ימשיכו להתקיים אחרי כל פקיעה של התנאים או סיומם.

14. Real Integer תוכל להשתמש בשם לקוח ובלוגו שלו באתרה ובחומר שיווקי וקידומי אחר, כדי לפרסם את השימוש של הלקוח בפתרון, רק לאחר קבלת אישור מוגדר לכך בכתב מהלקוח.

15. תנאים אלו מייצגים את כל ההסכמות בין הצדדים בנוגע לנושא הנדון בהם. למרות כל דבר האמור בניגוד במסמך זה, התנאים של כל הסכם מסחרי כתוב, שנחתם בין Real Integer  ובין הלקוח יגברו, גם אם יסכימו להם אחרי תאריך הסכם זה. Real Integer  ואתם תחשבו קבלנים עצמאיים ואין במסמך זה דבר שייצור יחסי עובד- מעביד בין הצדדים או יעניק לכם הרשאה לבצע כל הצהרה, לתת כל אחריות או להתקשר בכל חבות חוזית מטעם Real Integer. אין לשנות תנאים אלו או לתקנם, אלא במסמך כתוב בחתימת הצדדים. וויתור על אי-ביצוע כאמור במסמך זה של כל הוראה מתנאים אלו לא ייחשב כוויתור מתמשך או כוויתור על כל אי-ביצוע אחר או של כל תנאי אחר, אך יחול אך ורק על המקרה אליו מכוון וויתור זה. Real Integer רשאית להסב את זכויותיה או חובותיה, על פי תנאים אלו. אתם מסכימים לא להסב כל זכות או חובה על פי תנאים אלו, אלא רק כתוצאה משינוי שליטה, מיזוג, רכישה  או מכירה של כל מניותיכם או נכסיכם או חלק מהותי שלהם. כל ניסיון הסבה להוציא כמוגדר במפורש לעיל יהיה בטל ומבוטל. אם חלק כלשהו מתנאים אלו יהיה חסר תוקף או בלתי-אכיף, יפורש חלק זה כמי שמעניק את מרב הסמכות לתנאים אלו כמתאפשר בכפוף לחוק החל וחוסר תוקף או היעדר יכולת אכיפה אלו לא ישפיעו על התוקף ויכולת האכיפה של כל חלק או הוראה אחרים של תנאים אלו, שיישארו במלוא תקפם. חוקי מדינת ישראל ישלטו בתנאים אלו ולבתי המשפט המוסמכים של העיר תל-אביב-יפו תהא סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית לדון בסכסוכים הנובעים מהם.

חברת Real Integer Software Ltd. ("Real Integer" או "אותנו", "לנו", "שלנו" "אנו") מספקת את פתרון getStatus לניהול מידע ותקשורת, במהלך פרויקטים (ה"פתרון").  Real Integer מכבדת את זכותכם לפרטיות. מדיניות פרטיות זו מסבירה כיצד Real Integer משתמשת בכל נתון ומידע שהיא מקבלת באמצעות הפתרון ובמהלך ביקור באתרנו בכתובת:http://getstatus.online/ (ה"אתר"). המלים : "אתם" או "שלכם" כוללות ארגונים שרכשו מנוי לשימוש בפתרון ("לקוחות") ומשתמשי קצה בפתרון, כגון עובדי הלקוח או משתמשים מורשים ("משתמשים").  Real Integer לא תהפוך את המידע שלכם לזמין לצד שלישי, ללא הסכמתכם, בכפוף לתנאי מדיניות פרטיות זו. אם לא הוגדר אחרת כאן, משמעות מונחים המופיעים באות גדולה באנגלית ובעברית בין מרכאות כפולות, תהא זהה לזו שבתנאי השימוש  של  Real Integer, בהם ניתן לעיין בכתובת: http://getstatus.online/legal/  (ה"תנאים").

אנו מספקים את הפתרון שלנו כשירות ללקוחותינו. מדיניות פרטיות זו חלה רק על איסוף מידע והשימוש בו על ידי Real Integer ולא על איסוף המידע והשימוש בו על ידי לקוחות או משתמשים, באמצעות הפתרון. יש לעיין במדיניות הפרטיות של הלקוחות כדי להבין את נוהג הפרטיות של לקוחות אלו. לקוחות ומשתמשים עשויים לאסוף מידע שלכם ו/או להשתמש בו, בדרכים אחרות משלנו. איננו אחראים לפעולות של לקוחות או משתמשים המשתמשים בפתרון. רק לקוחות אלו אחראים להבטיח כי השימוש שהם עושים בפתרון עומד בכל החוקים החלים ואינו מפר זכויות צד שלישי. 

מידע שאנו אוספים

אנו אוספים מלקוחות או ממשתמשים מידע מזהה של משתמשים אלו בפתרון. "מידעמזהה" משמעו מידע שניתן לקשרו ישירות לאדם או ישות מסוימים כגון, אך ללא הגבלה שמות, כתובות, מספרי טלפון וכתובת דוא"ל שסיפקו הלקוח או המשתמשים בהרשמה. מידע מזהה גם עשוי להיכלל במידע שהכניסו הלקוח או המשתמשים במהלך השימוש בפתרון.

לפיכך, ההחלטה האם לספק לנו מידע מזהה היא מרצונך החופשי (אינך חייב מבחינה חוקית לספק מידע מזהה זה). אולם, אם תסרב לספק מידע זה, לא תוכל להשתמש בפתרון.

הפתרון עשוי לאסוף מידע בנוגע למערכת ולפעילות הדפדוף של הלקוחות והמשתמשים הניגשים לפתרון או מבקרים באתר, כגון, מערכת ההפעלה, הדפדף וכתובת ה–IP של לקוחות ומשתמשים אלו או כיצד הלקוחות או המשתמשים מקיימים פעילות גומלין עם הפתרון.

כיצד אנו מגנים ע למידע

כדי להגן על המידע המזהה שנמסר לנו, אנו פועלים לפי תקנים המקובלים באופן כללי בענף, הן במהלך קבלת המידע והן לאחר שהתקבל. יחד עם זאת, אין שיטת העברה באינטרנט או שיטה לאחסון אלקטרוני שהן בטוחות ב-100%. לפיכך, על אף שאנו חותרים להשתמש באמצעים מקובלים מבחינה מסחרית כדי להגן על המידע המזהה שלכם, נבצר מאתנו לערוב לבטיחות מוחלטת של המידע.

רק לעובדים מורשים של Real Integer יש גישה לתשתית הייצור שלנו. על סיסמאות שאנו מקבלים מהלקוחות או מהמשתמשים יש פיקוח הדוק. אנו מגבילים את הגישה לנתוני לקוח למספר מצומצם של עובדים שזקוקים לנתונים אלו כדי לספק ללקוחות תמיכה ואיתור תקלות. גישה למידע מרכז הנתונים וכן לנתוני הלקוח נעשית לפי הצורך או כדי לספק תמיכה ותחזוקה.

כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

להוציא כפי שנקבע במפורש במסמך זה, אנו לא נחלוק עם צד שלישי מידע מזהה שלכם, אותו מסרתם בהרשמה או שאנו אוספים בנוגע לשימושכם בפתרון, ללא הסכמתכם המפורשת.

לקוח או משתמשים אחרים יוכלו לחלוק מידע מזהה שהוכנס לאזורים של הפתרון, הנגישים ללקוח או למשתמשים אחרים. יהיה שיתוף מידע מזהה שהועבר באמצעות יכולות תקשורת בתוך המערכת, עם נמענים של תקשורת זו.

אנו עשויים להשתמש במידע מזהה באופן פנימי – לדוגמא, לסייע באבחון בעיות בשרתינו, להפוך את Real Integer למועילה יותר, להתאים את  Real Integer לצרכי הלקוח ולהפוך את תכניה לאישיים יותר.

אנו מרשים לנציגי לקוחות לגשת למידע המזהה שאותו הכניסו או שהוכנס על ידי משתמשים. זאת כדי למסור מידע ולתקשר עם משתמשים המשתתפים בפרויקט כגון זה המנוהל על ידי לקוח זה וגם כדי לקבל מידע זה.

אנו עשויים לחלוק במידע המזהה שלכם עם מי ששייכים למשפחת החברות שלנו, רוכשי  עסקינו או נכסינו, או ספקי צד ג' או נותני שירותים, כגון ספקי שירות דוא"ל, השולחים דוא"ל מטעמנו. אנו עשויים גם להסמיך ספקי צד ג' או ספקי שירותים לאסוף מידע מטעמנו.

אנו עשויים להשתמש במידע מזהה של המשתמש כדי לשלוח הודעות בנוגע לפרויקט המנוהל על ידי הלקוח.

בנוסף, על ידי ניתוח כל המידע שאנו מקבלים, כולל כל המידע בנוגע לשימוש בפתרון ולהרגלי הדפדוף של משתמשי קצה באתרים המשלבים את הפתרון, נוכל לאסוף מידע סטטיסטי אנונימי ("מידעסטטיסטי"). מידע סטטיסטי מסייע להבין מגמות וצרכי לקוח.

מידע סטטיסטי הוא אנונימי ואנו לא נקשר מידע סטטיסטי למידע מזהה כלשהו. אנו עשויים לחלוק מידע סטטיסטי זה עם שותפינו, ללא הגבלה, בתנאים המסחריים שאנו נקבע, לפי שיקול דעתנו הבלעדי.

אנו משתמשים בכלים כגון Google Analytics כדי לאסוף מידע על השימוש שאתם עושים בשירותים. Google Analytics אוסף מידע כגון, באיזו תדירות משתמשים מבקרים בשירותים, באלו דפים הם מבקרים בהזדמנות זו ובאלו אתרים אחרים השתמשו לפני שהגיעו לשירותים. Google Analytics אוסף רק את כתובת ה–IP שהוקצתה לכם בתאריך בו בקרתם בשירותים ולא את שמכם או מידע מזהה אחר. ראה תנאי שימוש של Google Analytics בכתובת: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html  ומדיניות הפרטיות של Google בכתובת:

טכנולוגיותאיסוףנתונים

עוגייה היא פיסת טקסט קטנה שנשלחת לדפדן של המבקר. הדפדן מספק פיסת טקסט זו למכשיר של המבקר שהחל בתהליך, כאשר הוא חוזר. Real Integer משתמשת בעוגיות לאפיון אישי של ניסיון השימוש שלכם ב– Real Integer. עוגייה "מתמידה" עשויה לסייע בשמירת ההגדרות והתאמות הלקוח שלכם, בביקורים באתר. כמו כן, בכניסה ל– Real Integer, עוגייה כזו תשמש כדי לזהותכם כמשתמשים תקפים וכך לא תצטרכו להזדהות בכל פעם שאתם משתמשים ב– Real Integer. מרבית דפדפני האינטרנט הם בעלי תצורה התחלתית שמקבלת עוגיות. אולם, תוכלו לשנות הגדרה זו כך שהדפדף שלכם יסרב לכל העוגיות או יודיע לכך כאשר נשלחת עוגייה. כמו כן, אתם חופשיים למחוק כל עוגייה קיימת בכל עת. לשימת לבכם, התפקוד של אחדות מתכונות Real Integer עלול להיפגע אם משביתים עוגיות או מסירים אותן.

משואת אינטרנט (web beacon) (מכונה גם תג פיקסל או clear GIF) היא פיסת קוד מחשב המאפשרת לנו לעקוב אחר פעילות משתמש ותעבורת אתרים. Real Integer משתמשת גם במשואות אינטרנט ואיסוף נתוני ניווט, כדי לאסוף נתונים על אודות השימוש שלכם באתר. בנתונים הנאספים באופן שכזה אי אפשר להשתמש לצורך זיהוי ישיר שלכם. יחד עם זאת, ישנם מספר שטחי שיפוט בהם מידע זה כפוף עדיין לחוקים החלים על הגנה על נתונים ודרושה הסכמתכם למדיניות העוגיות שלנו, כמתואר כאן.

Real Integer Software Ltd. Terms of Service

Real Integer Software Ltd. (“Real Integer” or “us”, “our”, “we”) provides the getStatus solution for the management of information and communication relating to projects (the “Solution”). These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern our provision of services to you in connection with, or your access and use of, the Solution. “Customer/s” means organizations which have subscribed for use of the Solution. “Users” means individuals who have authorized for or otherwise given access to the Solution by Customer or for Customer's benefit. "You" or "your" means Customers and Users, collectively.

Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern your use of the Solution. You must accept these Terms prior to using the Solution. By using the Solution, you signify your assent to these Terms as well as to Real Integer’s Privacy Policy located at http://getstatus.online/legal/ Changes may be made to these Terms from time to time. We will make reasonable commercial efforts to notify you of any material updates to these Terms 30 days in advance of such change. Your continued use of the Solution will be deemed acceptance to amended or updated Terms. As such, you should check frequently to see if we have updated these Terms.  If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the Solution.  Real Integer’s Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time (the “Real Integer Privacy Policy”), describes Real Integer's practices in respect of personal data.

  1. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Solution may be used for internal business purposes only. Real Integer reserves the right to modify the Solution at any time in its sole discretion. The Solution is a cloud-based system and you are not entitled to any source code or executables in respect of the Solution.  Customers who use the API version of the Solution are required to post a “powered by getStatus” graphic or text link adjacent to the application form on the relevant page or other area of Customer’s website as we may mutually agree.

  1. Customer Data. The Solution allows Customer and Users to input information to the Solution and to transmit information to others by means of the Solution.  All such information is referred to as “Customer Data”.  As between Real Integer and Customer, Customer Data is the sole property of Customer. Customer Data may include personal information relating to individuals (“Personal Data”) as well as other information. Real Integer will use Personal Data only as described in the Real Integer Privacy Policy. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the collection, transfer, storage, processing use and destruction (collectively, “Use”) of User Data, including personal information contained therein, in connection with the Solution complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy laws.  Without limitation, Customer (a) is solely responsible for obtaining all data subject consents and taking other actions to ensure that Use of Customer Data in connection with the Solution, including without limitation its Use by Real Integer as set forth in the Real Integer Privacy Policy and in connection with providing services hereunder, complies with applicable laws; and (b) must not circumvent any privacy features (e.g., an opt-out) that are part of the Solution.

  1. You must register with Real Integer in order to use the Solution. To register you must provide specified information and select a password. You may not provide false information during the registration process and you must keep all information up-to-date. You should not reveal your password to anyone else. You agree to immediately notify Real Integer of any unauthorized use of your account or password. You are fully and solely responsible for all activity on your account, even if such activities were not committed by you. Real Integer will not be liable for any losses or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account or password, and you agree to indemnify and hold Real Integer harmless for any improper or illegal use of your account, unless you have notified us that your account has been compromised, and have requested us to block access to it.
  2. Except as set forth expressly herein, you shall not, and shall not permit any third party, to (a) use the Solution to provide services to any third party not in connection with Customer's ordinary business activities, (b) reverse engineer or attempt to find the underlying code of the Solution, (c) modify the Solution in any way, (d) circumvent any security or access control features of the Solution, (e) sublicense your rights hereunder or provide any third party (other than Users) with access to the Solution, (f) rent, lease, modify, copy, loan, transfer, distribute or create derivative works of the Solution or (f) use the Solution in a manner that violates applicable law; or (g) use the Solution for purposes other than those expressly permitted herein. To the extent any of the restrictions set forth in this Section are not enforceable under applicable law, you shall inform Real Integer in writing in each instance prior to engaging in the applicable activity. You shall use the Solution only in accordance with applicable law (including any law concerning the collection, use and storage of Personal Data) and shall have all responsibility and liability for any use of the Solution in violation of applicable law, other than to the extent which liability relates to Real Integer’s breach of its contractual obligations to you.
  3. Intellectual Property. All right, title and interest in and to the Solution and related documentation and all enhancements, derivatives, bug fixes or improvements to the foregoing shall at all times remain with Real Integer or its licensors. Real Integer grants no rights in or to the Solution except as expressly set forth herein. Real Integer does not request your feedback regarding the Solution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you provide Real Integer with feedback regarding the Solution, Real Integer shall not be subject to any non-disclosure or non-use obligations in respect of such feedback, and may use such feedback in any manner it deems appropriate, including for commercial purposes and as part of its products and services. As between Real Integer and Customer, Customer Data is the sole property of Customer.
  4. Appropriate Use. Except for violations of third party intellectual property rights, including patent or copyright rights for which Real Integer is responsible pursuant to Section 7, Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that use of the Solution by it or its Users is in compliance with any applicable law and does not violate any third party rights. Users may not use the Solution to collect, use or store any information about any other individuals unless such individuals have consented to such use or Users otherwise have the legal right to use such information. Users shall respect the request of any individual not to be contacted through the Solution and must abide by any applicable spam laws. Real Integer will be responsible for maintaining the security of Customer’s and Customers’ data hosted on its servers and will be responsible for the data security breach thereof, all as set forth in the then- current version of the Real Integer Privacy Policy.
  5. Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that you will use the Solution only in accordance with applicable law and shall not use the Solution to transmit or view (a) any information or material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, racist, harassing or otherwise offensive or illegal, or (b) any information or material that infringes the intellectual property, moral, publicity or privacy rights of any third party. You further represent and warrant that you have full authority to enter into these Terms, and that the use of the Solution will not violate any other of any contractual or other obligations. Real Integer represents and warrants that, to the best of its knowledge, with respect to the code elements of the Solution (but not Customer Data or Personal Data), such code elements of the Solution will not violate any third party patent, copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third parties.
  6. Payment; Payment Terms. In consideration for the use of the Solution, Customers shall make payments of amounts in accordance with Real Integer's then-current fee schedule. Real Integer shall invoice the Customers in respect of amounts payable hereunder at the beginning of each calendar month, and Customers shall make payment of all such amounts within 30 days of receipt of the applicable invoice (the “Payment Period”). Amounts due hereunder are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes. Customers shall make payments hereunder free and clear, and without deduction or withholding, except as required by law. If Customers are required by law to make any deduction or withholding, Customers shall make payment of such additional amounts as is necessary such that Real Integer shall receive the amounts due hereunder without any such deduction or withholding. Late payments shall bear interest at the rate of 18% per annum or, if lower, the maximum amounts permitted under applicable law. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Real Integer reserves the right to terminate Customer’s use of the Solution if Real Integer does not receive payment from Customer within the Payment Period.
  7. Real Integer understands your need for privacy. Real Integer will not disclose or use Customer Information or information regarding Customers or Users except as expressly set forth in these Terms or in the Real Integer Privacy Policy, a current version of which is available here http://getstatus.online/legal/. Except as otherwise set forth in the Privacy Policy, all information concerning Customer, including its business and technology, or concerning Customer’s clients or information concerning Users received by Real Integer in the course of providing the Solution shall be such Customer’s or User’s confidential information. The Solution and all information in respect thereof (including without limitation all information regarding its performance or methods of operation, and any results of any benchmark tests performed with respect to the Solution) is the proprietary and confidential information of Real Integer. Neither party receiving or having access to (the “Receiving Party”) the confidential information of the other party (the “Disclosing Party”), may disclose the confidential information of the Disclosing Party to any third party (except Receiving Party’s employees, independent contractors and service providers subject to written agreements and may not make any use of such information except for the purposes of each party’s rights and obligations pursuant to these Terms. The non-disclosure provisions hereof do not apply to any information that (a) is generally known to the public, (b) is made available to the Receiving Party by a third party not subject to any confidentiality obligations to the Disclosing Party or (c) is required to be disclosed by law, regulation or rule provided that the Receiving Party shall provide the Disclosing Party with prompt written notice of such obligation and shall reasonably cooperate with the Disclosing Party, at the Disclosing Party’s expense, as required to obtain confidential treatment for such information.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties. OTHER THEN AS SPECIFICALLY STATED HEREIN, REAL INTEGER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES IN RESPECT of the Solution, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON- REAL INTEGER DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY IN RESPECT OF ANY RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SOLUTION. REAL INTEGER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SOLUTION WILL BE OPERABLE AT ALL TIMES OR DURING ANY DOWN TIME (1) CAUSED BY OUTAGES TO ANY PUBLIC INTERNET BACKBONES, NETWORKS OR SERVERS, (2) CAUSED BY ANY FAILURES OF YOUR EQUIPMENT, SYSTEMS OR LOCAL ACCESS SERVICES, OR (3) FOR PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY SET FORTH HEREIN, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR INFORMATION CUSTOMER INPUTS IN THE SYSTEM AND ENSURING THAT REAL INTEGER HAS THE LAWFUL RIGHT TO USE PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS, AND REAL INTEGER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO CUSTOMER'S FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION.
  9. You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Real Integer (and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees) from and against any and all damages, costs, losses, liabilities or expenses (including court costs and attorneys’ fees) which Real Integer may suffer or incur in connection with any claim, demand, action or other proceeding by any third party arising from or relating to (a) any breach of your obligations, representations or warranties herein, or (b) your use of the Solution, except to the extent the foregoing was caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Real Integer or failure by Real Integer to meet obligations under these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Real Integer may be represented in any such suit by counsel of its own choosing at its own expense.
  10. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall either party, its directors, officers, employees, agents or SHAREHOLDERS, BE LIABLE TO the other party OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR (A) ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SOLUTION OR ANY OTHER MATTERS CONTEMPLATED HEREIN OR (B) ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE AGGREGATE PAYMENTS ACTUALLY RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE APPLICABLE CLAIM. The term of these Terms shall commence on the day you accept these Terms (or, if earlier, on the day that you first use the Solution) and shall continue unless terminated by either party with 30 days prior written notice. Real Integer may terminate these Terms by written notice to you if you have materially breached any provision of these Terms or if it has reason to believe you are making illegal use of the Solution. Upon any termination or expiration of these Terms, Real Integer will cease providing you with access to the Solution. In the event of any termination (a) Customers will not be entitled to any refunds of any amounts payable hereunder other then as determined in writing by the Parties, and (b) if applicable, any outstanding balance for amounts due through the date of termination will be immediately due and payable in full, all as set out in writing by the Parties. Seven days after termination of these Terms, Real Integer will provide Customer with (i) Access to a list of Customers and Users and their contact information, which can be copied and (ii) information with respect to each Customer’s status in each applicable project, including the documents, communications and an option to download or copy such documents and communications. Real Integer has the right to delete Customer data or User data uploaded or provided by Customer, from the Solution 30 days post termination but Customer shall be entitled to continue to make use of the information provided to it and/or any other information it has downloaded through the Solution according to the Terms following such date of termination for no additional fee. Sections 2-14 of these Terms shall survive any expiration or termination thereof.
  12. Real Integer may use a Customer’s name and logo in its website and other marketing and promotional materials in order to publicize the Customer’s use of the Solution only following specific written approval of Customer.

  1. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the terms of any written and executed commercial agreement between Real Integer and Customer shall prevail, even if these Terms are accepted after the date of such agreement. Real Integer and you shall be deemed independent contractors, and nothing herein shall be deemed to create any employer-employee relationship between the parties or authorize you to make any representations, warranties or contractual obligation on behalf of Real Integer. These Terms may not be modified or amended except in a writing executed by both parties. A waiver of any default hereunder of any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed to be a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other default or of any other term or condition, but shall apply solely to the instance to which such waiver is directed. Real Integer may assign its rights or obligations pursuant to these Terms. You agree not to assign any rights or obligations under these Terms other then due to change of control, merger, acquisition or sale of all or substantially all of your shares or assets; any attempted assignment other then as specifically stated above shall be null and void. If any part of these Terms shall be invalid or unenforceable, such part shall be interpreted to give the maximum force possible to such terms as possible under applicable law, and such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part or provision of these Terms which shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in the city of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising hereunder.

Real Integer Privacy Policy

Real Integer Software Ltd. (“Real Integer” or “us”, “our”, “we”) provides a getStatus solution for the management of the information and communication during projects (the “Solution”). Real Integer respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Real Integer uses any data and information is provided to Real Integer through the Solution and while visiting our site located at http://getstatus.online/ (the “Site”). “You” or “your” includes both organizations which have subscribed for use of the Solution (“Customers”) and individual end users of the Solution, such as Customer’s personnel or authorized users (“Users”). Real Integer will not make your information available to third parties without your consent, subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If not otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the meaning given to them in the Real Integer Terms of Use, which are available at http://getstatus.online/legal/ (the “Terms”).

We provide our Solution as a service to our Customers. This Privacy Policy applies only to the collection and use of information by Real Integer, and not to the collection and use of information by Customers or Users by means of the Solution. Please consult or refer to the privacy policies of the Customers to understand the privacy practices of these Customers. Customers and Users may collect and/or use your information in different ways than we do, and we are not responsible any actions of Customers or Users using the Solution. These Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Solution complies with applicable laws and does not violate third party rights.

Information We Collect

We collect from Customers or Users Identifying Information of such Users in the Solution. “Identifying Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific individual or entity such as but not limited to names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses provided by Customer or Users at registration. Identifying Information may also be included in information input by Customer or Users in the course of use of the Solution by Customer or Users.

It is such your voluntary decision whether to provide us with Identifying Information (and you are not legally required to provide this Identifying Information), but if you refuse to provide such information you will not be able to use the Solution.

The Solution may gather information regarding the system and browsing activity of Customers and Users that access the Solution or visit the Site, such as the operating system, browser and IP address of such Customers and Users or how a Customers or User interacted with the Solution.

How we Protect Information

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Identifying Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Identifying Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Only authorized employees of Real Integer have access to our production infrastructure, and passwords Customers or Users provide us are strictly regulated. We limit access to Customer data to a select few employees who need it to provide support and troubleshooting on our Customers’ behalf. Accessing data center information as well as Customer data is done on an as-needed basis or to provide support and maintenance.

How we Use Information

Except as expressly set forth herein, we will not share your Identifying Information which you provide on registration or which we collect regarding your use of the Solution with third parties without your express permission.

Identifying Information input in areas of the Solution that is accessible to Customer or other Users will be shared with Customer or other Users. Identifying Information transmitted by means of the communication capabilities within the System will be shared with recipients of such communications.

We may use Identifying Information internally – for example, to help diagnose problems with our servers, to make Real Integer more useful, to customize Real Integer and personalize its content.

We allow authorized representatives of Customers to access the Identifying Information which they input or which was input by Users in order to provide and receive information and communicate with Users who are participating in such Customer managed project.

We may share your Identifying Information with members of our corporate family, acquirers of our business or assets, or third party vendors or service providers, such as email service providers sending emails on our behalf. We may also authorize third party vendors or service providers to collect information on our behalf.

We may use Users’ Identifying Information in order to send notifications with respect to the Customer managed project.

In addition, by analyzing all information we receive, including all information concerning use of the Solution and the browsing habits of end user of websites that incorporate the Solution, we may compile anonymous statistical information (“Statistical Information”). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs.

Statistical Information is anonymous and we will not link Statistical Information to any Identifying Information. We may share such Statistical Information with our partners, without restriction, on commercial terms that we can determine in our sole discretion.

We use tools such as Google Analytics to collect information about your use of the Services. Google Analytics collect information such as how often users visit the Services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Services. Google Analytics collect only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Services, rather than your name or other identifying information. We also use Inspectlet to analyze your activities on our Site. Data Collection Technologies

Real Integer also uses web beacons and navigational data collection to collect data about your use of the Site. The data collected in such a manner cannot be used to directly identify you. Nevertheless, in some jurisdictions this information is still subject to applicable data protection laws and requires your consent to our cookies policy as described herein.

Use of Real Integer by Children

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 14. In the event you become aware that somebody under the age of 14 has enrolled without parental permission, please inform us immediately.

Third Parties

Please be aware that this Privacy Policy only describes the policies of Real Integer. Real Integer does not control how Customers and/or Users or entities using the Solution may make use of information, including any Identifying Information. Real Integer shall have no responsibility or liability for the collection, use or storage of any data by any other entity, including without limitation any Customer making use of the Solution. Users should not provide any information to the Solution unless they are comfortable with the information being used by all other approved Users of the Solution for the relevant project.

Correcting or Updating your Information

We provide the Solution as a service to our Customers. If you have provided Identifying Information to a Customer by means of the Solution, please contact such Customer with any questions or requests regarding your Identifying Information.

We allow you to view the information you provided during registration or when uploading Users’ data and to alter any data, inaccuracies or errors. You can ask to have  your Identifying Information removed from our mailing list and stop receiving future communication from us by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at support@getStatus.online You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial messages in any such email or other message we send. Please note that we reserve the right to send you service related communications, including service announcements and administrative messages, relating either to your account or to your transactions on this site, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them unless you cancel your account.

We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities, regulatory or government bodies, or court order requesting or directing us to disclose any information.
